Collaboration

Our depth and experience have built a strong foundation to leverage for improving our clients’ performance.  But, every company is unique from a strategy, operations, and cultural perspective.  We do not force our ideas and concepts on our clients or assume a superior way to solve your problems.  We work with our clients, not just for our clients.

Knowledge Transfer

The Ashtree Group designs and builds deliverables and assists in implementing programs our clients envision.  But, sustainable performance excellence must ultimately reside with our clients, not us.  Transferring the joint knowledge grown throughout the project lifecycle, and institutionalizing that knowledge in our clients’ organizations is a foundational belief of our firm.

Integrity

We respect our clients’ visions and plans for success and our only vested interest is helping to realize them.  If we can help, we will.  If we can’t, we will say so.  We are independent, objective, and do not have a consulting “pyramid” to support.  We live by the credo that we are consultants, not contractors.  Of course, we take direction from our clients, but also advise them when we believe there may be a better path.
