C. Christopher S. Moss, Partner
 

 

Chris is a 25-year veteran of professional services management and delivery.  His diverse background includes  12 years of “Big 4” consulting, application software implementation and services executive management, and independent consulting.  Whether leading a team of consultants, managing a services organization, or delivering projects himself, Chris is “hands on” and results focused.

 

Since founding The Ashtree Group in 2000, Chris has worked with large health insurance companies and major financial institutions, as well as small technology developers in digital rights management, air freight transportation, and insurance applications.

 

Prior to The Ashtree Group, Chris held Vice President positions responsible for services and implementation for two leading application providers of supply chain solutions focusing on retail/wholesale inventory forecasting and replenishment, and expedited, time-definite transportation.

 

Chris built his consulting depth with 12 years at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).  His primary clients at Andersen included manufacturers and distributors.  Client solutions delivered during his tenure include ERP systems, business process improvement, and warehouse management systems.

 

Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Mira Moss, Partner
 

 

Mira is a business-focused human capital and process management executive with 20 years experience in all facets of performance management, total rewards, change management, and organizational effectiveness. She has substantial expertise in the strategic alignment of business objectives to human capital solutions from design through to implementation and administration.

 

Mira is particularly adept in helping clients to cultivate, build, and maintain results-focused relationships at all levels of functional, technical, and executive management essential to achieving organizational goals.

 

Since joining The Ashtree Group, she has focused on packaging the company's service offerings, marketing, and business development.

 

Prior to joining The Ashtree Group in 2007, Mira was Vice President of Human Resources with board-level responsibility for total rewards strategic planning, corporate measures, talent management, top executive recruiting, and succession planning.

 

Mira also has 7 years of "Big 4" consulting experience in change management at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).  Her primary clients at Andersen were in the healthcare, financial services, and technology development sectors.

 

Mira earned her undergraduate degree from Wellesley College in Psychology.  Her graduate degrees include a M.S. and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
