management, total rewards, change management, and organizational effectiveness. She has substantial expertise in the strategic
alignment of business objectives to human capital solutions from design through to implementation and administration.
Mira
is particularly adept in helping clients to cultivate, build, and maintain results-focused relationships at all levels of
functional, technical, and executive management essential to achieving organizational goals.
Since
joining The Ashtree Group, she has focused on packaging the company's service offerings, marketing, and business development.
Prior
to joining The Ashtree Group in 2007, Mira was Vice President of Human Resources with board-level responsibility for total
rewards strategic planning, corporate measures, talent management, top executive recruiting, and succession planning.
Mira
also has 7 years of "Big 4" consulting experience in change management at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Her primary
clients at Andersen were in the healthcare, financial services, and technology development sectors.
Mira
earned her undergraduate degree from Wellesley College in Psychology. Her graduate degrees include a M.S. and Ph.D.
in Organizational Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
